OK, so I am sure that you have probably heard of these (if you have not actually made them), but on the slight chance you haven’t, give it a try. I think my first memory of these was at the Minnesota State Fair when I was just a little kid. It became one of the things I just had to have every year. These are incredibly delicious, for being so easy! The best part is that your kids can help out. Give it a try on the grill if you want to.
Ingredients:
- 8 english muffin halves
- homemade pizza sauce, see recipe here

- Tip: to make it an even easier recipe, use store-bought pizza or pasta sauce.
These are great for a snack or if you are in a bind for dinner. You can always broil them too to get them a nice, golden brown color.
