Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey, browned
- 1 large can baked beans
- BBQ sauce, to taste
- brown sugar (optional)
- hamburger buns
Directions:
- Brown the ground beef or turkey in a large pan.
- Drain the grease.
- Add the baked beans and stir until well blended.
- Add the BBQ sauce and brown sugar and heat through.
- Serve with buns.
- Tip: use dinner rolls and the kids can have kid-sized sloppy joes!

- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable or canola oil
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- dash black pepper
Directions:
- Mix well, form into 4 patties.
- Grill or fry as usual.
