Chicken, Wild Rice, Potato, Spinach Soup

Ingredients:
- 3 cups water
- 1 can (14 oz.) chicken stock
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 cup wild rice, uncooked, rinsed & drained
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. coarse black pepper
- 3 cups cooked chicken, cut-up (about a pound)
- 4 medium potatoes, cut-up
- 1 can spinach
Directions:
- Combine water, chicken stock, cream of chicken soup, uncooked wild rice, potato, thyme & pepper in a crockpot.
- Cook for 6-8 hours on low or 3.5-5 hours on high.
- Just before serving, stir in spinach and heat through. Serve.
For being such a cheap and simple meal, it is delicious and very hearty.
