		<description>This came out runny. Maybe too much milk. Also the cheese did not melt down all the way. They cheese got stringy and stuck to my spoon. I used shaved parmesan and 2% milk. Flavor was okay but it was just too runny. I added a can of cream of chicken soup and that made it a little more creamy. Maybe I will try less milk (whole milk or cream) next time.

		<description>Great question Cathy, looks like we left that step out! You&#039;ll want to add the spinach before you stir in the cream sauce. Once you add the spinach, it will cook down very quickly, then you can add the sauce.</description>
