Easy Apple Salad with Yogurt Dressing
The other day I wanted something different for lunch. I looked in my fridge and the first thing I saw was a bagged salad. I figured I would just have a regular, old salad with croutons and dressing, but then I decided I wanted something better than that. That’s where this recipe comes from and you will be amazed by how delicious and simple it is. Not to mention, an inexpensive lunch or dinner addition.
Ingredients:
- 1 bagged salad, your favorite variety
- 4 apples, sliced in wedges
- 1 medium-sized container lemon-flavored yogurt (or 2-3 individual yogurts)
- honey, to taste
- lemon juice, to taste

Directions:

- Cut apples into wedges and mix into the salad.
- Put the yogurt into a small bowl.
- Drizzle some honey, to taste.
- Pour a couple of splashes of lemon juice, to taste.
