Do you ever have leftover chicken that you have no idea what to do with? We used to have that problem constantly. Now, we always have a perfect solution for lunch and all it takes is chicken, mayo and some spices!

Ingredients

• Chicken, shredded
• Mayonnaise
• Celery salt, to taste
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Curry powder, to taste

Directions

1. Shred the chicken and mix in a bowl with mayo.
2. Add the spices, adding only a little at a time, to ensure proper flavor
3. Mix well.
4. Put on bread to make sandwiches and you’re ready to eat!

We think the curry is a nice addition to the sandwich, especially with the celery salt. You can also try this with tuna for a tuna sandwich.
