Old-Fashioned Apple-Raisin Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups rolled (old-fashioned) oats
4 cups cold water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 medium-size cooking Apple, such as granny Smith or Rome beauty, coerd, peeled and shredded
3 tablespoons raisins
1/2 cup granola, or to taste
How to Make
1. Combine all the ingredients except the granola in a lightly oiled 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
2. To serve, spoon the oatmeal into bowls, sprinkle with her granola, and serve hot.
